As part of our commitment to climate change awareness and flood disaster prevention, Forward Africa paid a strategic visit to the Managing Director of ISOPADEC to seek the commission’s partnership in supporting vulnerable communities in Oguta and Ohaji Egbema.

Our discussions centered on flood prediction, climate-smart agricultural practices, and effective information dissemination, ensuring that residents are well-equipped to mitigate risks and adapt to the changing climate.

Recognizing the urgent need for action, we also emphasized the importance of relief support for flood victims—helping them rebuild, recover, and regain stability after disasters strike.

In response, the Managing Director of ISOPADEC reaffirmed the commission’s commitment to this critical cause.

He expressed strong support for the initiative and pledged to draw the attention of the government to the project, ensuring that sustainable solutions reach the affected communities.

This is a major step towards climate resilience, disaster preparedness, and sustainable development.

Strong partnerships lead to real impact*, and we are excited about the positive strides we are making!

Stay engaged with us as we continue to champion solutions for a safer, more sustainable future.
